Returns
If you're not satisfied for any reason, return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt. You'll just need to cover shipping the rug back to our warehouse in the US, Canada, UK or Pakistan. However, if you receive a damaged item, we'll replace it or refund you - at no cost to you.
