- Our Return & Exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Change of mind is applicable if the product is unused and in the same condition as received.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You won't have to pay for your own shipping cost if the delivered item was our mistake(defected item, wrong item, entirely different color, wrong size as mentioned under product title). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is found out to be used or damaged by our inspection team, the cost of repair and cleaning will be deducted from your refund.
- Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately Clearance items, sale items and items purchased with any voucher or code cannot be refunded.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. - Handmade products can't be exchanged for the same item as all handmade items are unique.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Any product being exchanged must be of equal or greater value. This means that if a customer wishes to exchange a product, they must choose a product of equal or higher value to the one they are returning. No cash or credit refunds will be given for differences in price.
- For change of mind the customer will be responsible for any delivery charges incurred in the exchange process. If a customer wishes to exchange a product, they will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original product back to us, as well as the cost of shipping the new product to them. Customers can also choose to use their own courier service for the exchange, but they will still be responsible for any delivery charges.
- Clearance items can not be exchanged.
