Review

It’s my first purchase from Imam Carpets and I’m happy that I found a very reputable and genuine place to shop online without a fear of being cheated in terms of quality.

The Story Behind the Flatweave Hand Woven Cotton Rug

Stripes are the most natural pattern a flat loom makes: each change of weft colour starts a new band. This rug uses three colours, deep red, chocolate brown and white, in bands of different widths, like a striped awning. It is woven flat by hand in cotton, with no pile, so it lies thin and either side can face up.
