The Story Behind the Moroccan Hand Woven Cotton Rug

The irregular lattice comes from the Berber rugs of Morocco's Atlas mountains, where weavers draw diamond grids freehand in dark wool on ivory. This version is made in cotton, lighter and cooler underfoot, with the lines in a soft taupe that breaks and doubles as it crosses the rug, so no two cells match.
