Review

It’s my first purchase from Imam Carpets and I’m happy that I found a very reputable and genuine place to shop online without a fear of being cheated in terms of quality.

The Story Behind the Braided Hand Woven Jute Rug

Before it reached the floor, jute was the fibre of rope, sacking and hessian, spun in mills and shipped around the world in the 1800s. Chunky jute uses a thicker braid than usual, coiled from the centre and stitched as it grows. This round jute rug is a chunky grey-natural, coiled from the centre. It suits a reading corner, an entrance or the side of a bed.
