The numerous wool strands used in this flatweave kilim rug are expertly handwoven in Afghanistan. The locals use the restricted colour palette they had at their disposal to make these vibrant and interesting rugs using hand spun wool and vegetable dyes.

Because they are made with wool with a high level of resilience, kilim carpets are exceptionally durable. These carpets are special in that they can be reversed. They also make wonderful gifts! great for homes of any style.
